i’d called Sans & Associates and asked them on signed the SnP. They told me the document is ready and asked me to collect from their office. I asked, how come they did not inform, is it because we had made payment and after that no more service from them. Such a bad service provider!!!

The authority should not have approved anything without proper allocation of car

we are young professioner that at least earning 3k to 10k… you think it is cheap? If calculate per sq ft is as expensive as yours big unit but with smaller size we only able to afford that range only. Stop judging the affordable like low cost!

Private lifts for that price… and the facilities. about same price with surrounding but more features and facilities… i personally like the layout.

Actually it is depend on your desire. Normally price will increase parallel with height..higher floor will be more expensive coz of the view…but some people do prefer lower floor for their convenient.

Sincerely, no one is to be blamed as it’s always pros & cons and it’s depends on own perceptions. Just sharing, my friend just bought a subsale unit through an agent and the price is around RM650k plus certain fees to pay but cemetery view.
I have positive thoughts in this project because it shows good demands and the price is keep increasing.
Btw, I’m considering the developer unit for Tower C (unit 5) that’s the best view of all… net price is RM790k (comes with plaster ceiling, 5 air-conds & downlights) thinking to get additional car park also… any advice?
