Oh Dear, more and more rendering and rendering of ambitious projects… and many or most of them are just artist impression and dies off slowly or super scaled down later… sad to see these type of things. No Doubt Batu Kawan is super rapid developing place with the BKIP growing fast… and a good potential is there. Bur the planning and execution must be done properly and intelligently.
That location supposed to be Eco Marina, project cancelled. The international medical hub, still no news, international theme park totally no news. HDB housing scheme like completely no more progress. Queens island in jerejak no news also. Redevelopment of Jelutong landfill also totally no news. Cable car Penang hill no news. Kazambo island marine research centre also no news. PSR pulak also got so much problem. Undersea tunnel also problem,
lrt, cable car, tram all gone where…
Posting this on the 1st April is a bad idea, but then it might be apt because state gov is fooling themselves with so many futuristic projects
