Less than 5 minutes from north south expressway and from Penang Second Bridge. It is now under construction and on track for a Christmas 2016 opening.

The retail and F&B spaces are for lease/rent only. Their future residential/SOHO is for sale. But have to wait the launches. Check out Aspen Vision City. The commercial shop office/lots are for sales and within walking distance to IKEA. But last heard it is almost sold out.

Only manage to draw entry level brands.
Will high end brands like Chanel, Prada, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry end up opening here?
If not it will up like another ordinary shopping area selling the same things.

i saw the project still ongoing in batu kawan, they are very busy over there hope able to complete on time 2016/2017 around. Recently currency evaluate, the project still strongly moving forward and in progress some partial.
