Avoid this developer at all cost. After submitting the defects for one whole year. There’s no single response being given back by the developer or rather their so called “investigation report”. Please ready to accept the build quality or premium customer service if you still wish to proceed with this developer.

Is this a good buy? Lots of companies around, easy to find tenant for hse/room?
Is it too high density? Other condos around the area seems to be high density as well.

Bandar Cassia already well complete developed if not because of elected wrong developer with tons of excuses.
I’m waiting to see all his neighbours already complete the project in 2027 and their Kippla still no where happening.
Shame as so called first developer to enter Batu Kawan.

I am an owner from Vertu Resort. For the people who are looking to buy the Aspen Group Property, especially the Vertu Resort Condomidium, please take the serious consideration before regret.
I have been facing the noise and vibration of the elevator for nearly 8 months. During the 8 months, the problem of the elevator seriously affected our life and sleep. The salesperson and management hadn’t mentioned the elevator issue at all prior to the initial purchase and it wasn’t until we moved in that we found out how serious the problem was. The noise and vibration of the elevator is like an earthquake. The noise can be clearly heard from the farthest master room. This problem has been complained for 8 months. Until now, the management has been procrastinating and has not actively resolved the problem at all.
In addition, when we couldn’t bear it and were dragged and ignored again and again, we chose to complain to the management office, but what we got was unfair treatment. The attitude of the management is extremely arrogant and irresponsible, especially the person in charge named Anson. As the management, he is responsible to say that they are not responsible for the management of the property. When we asked him to inform the senior management to come out and face the matter, Anson also told us to call Aspen ourselves in a proud tone. Everybody who buy the Condo always be Owner’s right, but in Vertu Resort is always Management’s right.
During inspections and repairs to the elevator, Aspen agreed to shut down the elevator from 10:00pm to 6.00am. On the night of the maintenance, the elevator was in operation mode after 10pm, not at all shutting down the elevator at the specified time as they promised. After inspection and repair, the elevator was still noisy and vibrating, and the elevator was not closed for a day until the end of the repair. When we asked them why, their answer was that the elevator could not be closed, which is their service attitude.
Regarding the elevator issue, we have taken action to complain to the government agency and are preparing to send a lawyer’s letter since they are not responsibility to settle the problem.
Remind everyone to carefully consider and research more complaints and problems about Vertu Management from Google review, Facebook posts, or Vertu’s owner Whatsapp Group (You can get the proofs from me) before buying, of course they had deleted a lot of bad reviews and comments, so as not to regret it.
