    10 minutes drive to the North-South Highway and 2nd bridge…lol
    it will take almost 30min to travel the 2.2km Bkt Tambun road and additional 20min to reach 2nd bridge!

    This Ambay Park area got bad odor smell?
    Look through Google Map seems like very near (literally next to) Jit Sin II and Hijauan Hill area only but not sure if future will link them up?

    Any thoughts on this Ambay Park? Please share ..

    It will take 10 minutes just to get from Ambay park to the entrance of Pearl City…lol. Chicken poop smell is prevalent as well as swarms of flies. You can get bigger house for cheaper price at Hijauan Hill next door.

    Ambay park is near to chicken farm? i thought that Valdor have this problem only, hmm..
    I went and round Hijauan Hill , really huge clustered Semi-D but seems to far if want to access to north-south highway tho..

    dont ever trust the developer. their current taman policy like roti plata. not pets friendly. poor security and double standard on renovation policy.
