    1 bought 2 condos in bandar malaysia kl with same price 1 buy one in solaria bayan lepas. so what with free hold and lease hold. its for investment. tenant not going to see lease hold or free hold and price hike at least for another 50 years and i am not going to life till that years.

    Any buyer can share your point of view of sunsuri residence?
    Went to the Sales gallery and the package of 6% guarantee return are attractive but i worry that with 700 over unit, airbnb rental would be very competitive, for me i think its very overprice with such sqft

    Hi Marcus, my personal opinion. Sunsuri is low risk for investment with the reason of low down payment and with the 6% return that will cover for the 1st 3yrs. Furthermore 1st yr free maintenance. I don’t recommend for own stay as the size of the unit a bit too small for this pricing but good enough for Air BnB. Just my opinion.

    I think the Air BnB attractive for traveler that will be for short stop over before connecting their flight due to close proximity to Airport. Another potential is for business traveler for short term stay due to close proximity to Bayan Lepas industrial zone. Just my opinion.

    True and the SnP not yet stamp. Not idea what is the problem issue or dev simply want to drag delivery time? Anyone know?

      Not Yet!! Very nt fair to buyer and we signed it about half year but nvr stamped by developer and i heard thy will stamped ard june 2020!! Disappointed

      Actually i am A1 buyer, just ask my agent about my SPA but agent told me that so confirm with buyer here see true or not… I think cz A2 left units more so easy swap to A1… Actually i m waiting stamped SPA.. Tired

      Ya.. Tower A1 more unit and higher than tower A2, but A1 sales more than A2. But i feel impossible swap all A2 buyer to A1 and buyer also not happy too

    Feel like getting cheated. Signed the SnP a year ago but got told now that somebody else wanted to buy my block, turned out my snp never got stamped and i wasted 1 whole year waiting for it. Will never trust ideal again.

    As I know before bank releases loan, there will be some small penalty. If loan already released to developer, I think you need to bear 10% of the loan if you cancel.

    Yup, it should not released if the SPA is not stamped yet. But if you have already signed the Ltter Offer from bank, I think you best check with your banker to see if there’s any charges to void the agreement. If it’s not released I believe it’s not as much as 10%.

    Last week, i called Ideal Property and Bank to cancel the deal.
    S&P is void anyway due to the tower A1 / A2 topic.
    Bank side no fees / charges on the cancelation.
