TreeO, affordable housing development by Hunza’s wholly-owned unit, Diamaward (M) Sdn Bhd, at Sungai Ara. It is located next to Taman Sungai Ara, about 1.5km away from SJK(C) Chong Cheng.

This development comprises three 49-storey towers offering a total 1,240 affordable units:

    As I know, the project is open for registration now, Hunza have a registration event at Gurney Paragon last weekend, with an affordable price to own a property with hill/sea view, sounds great!! Try to call for enquiry, I think you can get the info. I am now in preparation of documents for submission. Hope can get it soon!!

    anyone experienced living around that area can comment on the location for this project? as am buying for own stay, not sure if it will become extremely congested during peak hours or not. From the images it looks further away from the other condos in sg ara and mostly landed properties surrounding it.

    I just get the approval from state government to purchase a unit of affordable tree o apartment with the Price RM300K ,but the size is 850sqf.not 900sqf. anyone also same condition with me .

    Their sales representative told me that now they start the foundation work until next year start pilling.he mentioned that ,the construction doing the 7 layers foundations , are you also interested?

      Hello Miss Teoh,

      I was supposed to sign my Spa yesterday, but the unit size is 861sqft instead of 900sqft. The sales representative told that they will give us a letter of consent stating that there will be a balcony extension. May I know if you are also facing the same issue?

    @Alfred, an affordable house is not suitable for own stay or investment as it is high density and located at the hillside in Sungai Ara, Penang. The main purpose of the affordable house is to cater to those buyers who do not own a house.

    This is Hunza 1st affordable project , if this project got problem , it will effected whole Hunza PICC big project image .so they will very concern on this project . it took long period for the foundation work before start pilling.

    Yes,I also facing the same issue which the spa letter indicated 861sqf.
    After the balcony extended to 2 ft.the actual size will be 900sqf.the new layout already revised at their show room.

    Went to visit the show room, there still a lot unit available face hill block b , I just submit my form for affordable unit. Hopeful get approve.
    I already get bank loan approval under Hong Leong the rate only 4.3% , still waiting other bank offer.

    Ya public bank, Hong Leong both offer 4.15% for me now . Bank loan already approved but the government application there still need wait until jan 2020 only can know status…
