    Surprisingly, nobody comment for Ideal project? Either this project not attractive or get bored with so many launching from Ideal?

    I am amazed at the amount of cash Ideal have to carry out so many project simultaneously.. just this bayan lepas area only, they could easily have more than 3000 units in construction progress…

    Penang market is going to crash, look at the subsale price, many are start to sell at Original price. Thanks to Ideal keep launching non stop and affordtable units flooding in before the market crash. Keep building n buyer keep waiting till the bubble burst. Then cash is king.

    haha last time need pay to bangla queue for take no. now alot units lelong in mudah, can see alot investor cant hold anymore, hold 1 years pay 30k interested to bank, so they willing to let go with lower price, nowadays all rush for affordable project around 450k for open market, price above 500k bye bye

    I am not sure what your definition is for “crash”, but I think it won’t crash, a correction is already happening. It is healthy for a correction to take place. If you look around, money is tight, but foreclosure is not that many.

    Miss Mermaid, up to for affordability. I have no extra cash to spare, i cant afford even it crash. i work hard to save money to migrate to my homeland. Malaysia is a good place to stay now and future ? u got the answer.

    Dear Miss Mermaid, are you in denial of the potential upcoming property bubble burst? hehehe..

    1. Isnt it that the property market in Penang is over supplied?
    2. No doubt property in Penang is always in demand, but consider the cases where projected property is selling above 500k and the cases where loans are rejected; I believe that these two factors combined equals an “indirect low demand”, therefore supply > demand.
    [14/9 Malaysia’s property sales at only 39% in H1 2016 vs 52% sales yr ago says Rehda, mainly due to end financing, loan rejection/STARBIZ]
    3. Add in the continuous property development in Penang, and the equation goes supply >> demand.
