Lexis Suites, a 650 rooms five star hotel suites. The concept will be similar to Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson and the all suites hotel will be based in Teluk Kumbar. It is expected to be fully completed by 2015. It will also have its own in-room swimming pool complete with steam sauna room.

@Ah Dog studio suite still new in Penang, i think most buyers won't think too much about rent because it is fully furnished (person who rent won't take care of furnitures & electical appliances), they buy either for own stay or re-sell if price appreciate to satisfy level....Caroline on Sierra Residences
Tombtalk : 2000sf onwards condo selling at RM300psf is normal, as it is big, but for Zan Palvillon, sorry to say that it is absolutely not a public’s favorite, like the Uban. Now, if want to get new condo with RM350psf, it is almost impossible unless you buy Condo at Teluk...Loh on Fiera Vista
