SkyWorld Cassia coming soon to Batu Kawan
SkyWorld Cassia is set to add a new residential address to the fast-growing Batu Kawan township, with registration of interest now open ahead of its upcoming launch. Strategically situated right next to the Linear Park, the development puts residents close to major employment hubs, shopping destinations, schools and key transport links, including Batu Kawan Industrial Park, IKEA Batu Kawan, Design Village Outlet Mall, SJK(C) Kuang Yu and the Second Penang Bridge.
The project will comprise six 29-storey residential blocks with a total of 3,600 units. Each unit has a standard built-up size of 900 sq ft, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One to two parking spaces will be allocated to each unit. The maintenance fee will be fixed at RM0.18 per sq ft for the first 10 years.
