That’s why I was wondering so many bad comment about The Zen development. In fact this project is well develop in such a prime location with best seaview in Bayan Mutiara.
You will never get such a direct unblock seaview anywhere in Penang. Only here with an affordable price. The price definitely will appreciate. Some condo in million but block view or only with side seaview. Very lucky buyer of this project at this price.

Asia Green project really lousy. Im owner of Quaywest, we faced alot of defect prob. Please pray hard for Zen, hopefully wont face the same issues like quaywest

Can you prove the defect? from what I know of, the defect is very minimal/non-existence

Quaywest is a great project & design concept similar like The Muze PICC. All project I believe got defect as long as developer take up & reactify it. In this location affordable absolutely a steal. Zen6 will be even better as fully seaview & superb prime unblock location. Best bridge view condo in Penang. Let’s find out more upon CCC.

Every projects have defects for sure, even the other reputed projects, you can follow home inspector’s FB, you will know it.
