Triple storey terrace RM1.7 mil now! When is the launch?
For now, people may think 1.7 mil overprice, 1 year later, when people accept and get use this price, people may think 1.7 mil is normal price for terrace again. When developer come put with new launch price 2mil 1 year later for terrace…. people will start complaining that is overprice. So is just about taking time for people to accept the new pricing………
900K for terrace is crazy price back in two years ago but how about now????????

Don’t know why they are selling such a cheapo price. Scare no demand? 3 storey for just 1.7million, 3rd world country price.
This price, depends on size. If large then can consider. Finishing? I heard got lift inside. Not sure if this is the one. Maintenance how much. I check the website, developer different. www.vilaris.com.my I got this when I googled this name because the above link don’t show.

Just got the details……min price RM1.7 mil….. lot size 24×80….. building size….24×50…..porch 25 ft….. back 5 ft land……not sure if there is DIBS or if the developer will absorb the MOT….launch in June 2013…..not expensive considering Ghee Hiang Garden triple storey terrace pahse 2 (27 Green Terraces Phase 2) will be hitting RM2.0 mil…..

Grace… they are not crazy…. they know that landed will be very rare in the near future (in 5 to 10 years time)….. so grab now before it is too late…. remember… not crazy… but savvy

Next generation will rent …. unless they have very good jobs, rich parents or marry into rich families….. the last is the worst as the rich family members will look down on you and your side of the family…… life will be living hell
