There is no need to get emotional. If it is not going to drop, whatever people say, it will not drop. But from what I observed, it will drop. So sorry.
any update?izzit it will complete on apr 17 on time?
I called developer and they mentioned completion date will be in APRIL 2017, looking at the progress i think should be ok to get key on time.
Anyone has any comment so far base on the outlook now?
Some people complain it looks like flat, but i passed by and saw the design is quite ok.

Hi,
The smaller unit had sold out if not mistaken, therefore only the bigger size of unit will have the show unit and it will be ready when the project is completed.
You may call their office to get more information.
I passed by and see the project actually is quite nice, strategic location (Georgetown), future LRT station will be nearby too, only worry the layout and the workmanship upon completion.
Will let go my unit once OC obtain. High floor. 2 car parks. Email me if u are interested
