That is why houses at Macallum is so hot for rental and sale; imagine a unit of PDC flat with only 2 rooms and 500sf, without reno and extremely old can be sold at RM75k, it must be renovated and repaint only can move in. While Kompleks Pulau Mutiara now selling at RM95k for original unit and RM100k for reno unit (without carpark). Sir Saujana with 3 rooms now at RM125k original unit.

prefer upper units are built with residential units. macallum is in town area. nearby surrounded with heritage buildings. near jetty- tourism ctr , so easy to find seafood with reasonable price . nearest area to reach jelutong highway and pg bridge. should build in high rise tower….cuz very good habour seaview there. next Street is karpal singh Road , so macallum now is considered as high std as well. but wonder prices of property are still different a lot after comparison. if keep on building with new projects with residential units , then I think the price will be increased thereafter.

Aiya ! every area sure got mixture of low and high std ppl. some high std area also rented out for tenant dealing in illegal activities : prostitution, drug etc…..

suggest macallum owner should not rent out for foreign labours then std will be improved. probably the price and renting are the cheapest in town. I think this is only a weak point. By right the units are for own staying not for renting.
