    Actually is owner allowed to use their own contractors or renovations company?
    Or should use only their appointed contractor. I saw showed house by IP BOX, is this the only Ideal contractor??

    Anyone have experience to share? Thanks.

    You can get outside or your own contractor for reno. Yes IDBox is a only so called “panel contractor” appointed by developer. But rubbish fee have to pay to panel contractor even you get your own contractor. Also, you will signed the void warranty letter for leaking after start reno. thus management staff encourage you let their panel contractor reno your house because at the end they can help you settle if your house got issues. But price will cut your throat. If you can wait reno after 2 years. But do utility your house see any problem within that 2 years. If not wasted time.

    So far I heard got owner fully engage outside contractor for reno. Who told you cannot use others? The best way go to talk to panel contractor ask for detail.

    Actually many owners engaged their own contractors. I even saw an owner scolded his own contractor because of poor job done. Lesson learn.

    Your so called owner engaged contractor mostly will pay the in house gangster for rubbish money.
    More renovation, more rubbish, then more money. And that amount already included inside your renovation fee without telling you. So, in house gangster still earn money from you you, only earn more or earn less.

    To be honors, as long as the job is done properly, and the price is reasonable, I don’t really care how much my contractor pay the panel contractor as rubbish fees. The last thing you want is your contractor screw things up or run away.

    no surcharge imposed to own contractors

    But the Sampah clearing i didnt ask.

    Hi FV owners,

    Interested to buy a unit ..but would like to know how’s the daily rubbish collection like. I didn’t see any rubbish room on every floor. Is there a rubbish room in every block or do we need to go to the main guardhouse rubbish room to dispose of daily rubbish?

    I understand what your concern here, but there are no property which is perfect… if u want something good, sure must drop others factors.

    be honest I m not FV owner, but SS. I choose SS because of location… noise from the plane might be a concern (very minor), but I still believe that this is the comfortable place for me to live….

    rush hour time will be jam at entrance
    unit facing airport noisy and got big drain at bottom. sometimes smells
    car park design terrible
    very dark corridor
    resident/tenants strange… feels lack of security

    thats why many throwing price selling fst fast before solaria residents start to come in

    4. Come to block 3 u will not encounter dark corridor

    might close down very fast. now with contractor lorry blocking the fv entrance so often….. wonder if can complain to mppp?
