Visited Delink and Delink 2 at Taman Segar, very nice, so have decided and bought this one. As the price for Delink already hit above RM400k. This one the price still reasonable.AhTu on Orange Villa – Bukit Mertajam
@manutd not sure wor....i guess this may b due to this project is a first project for tah wah group kua...but i think it should b ok cause while waiting for the license, developer also working on the site eh development, i heard they're planning to do piling...Waiting n waiting on Orange Villa – Bukit Mertajam
