I’ve bought a unit last year.You can actually check on CASA site, it’s currently at the progress on earth work , and it’s almost done, they’ve clear the site and preparing for piling.please do not simply accuse if you’re not sure on the details.

From the above google satelite map, there are three roads all name as jalan pengkalan, so which one is used to access the project in future ? Will the road to connect or link to Lorong Nenas in future ?

Has this project been approved and is there any actual work started on site? At the moment I think it’s a village area…..
I was at icon city area recently – this area still not many shops/activity except for the Starbucks. Hopefully more shops will be taken up at icon city, if not then this condo/housing area will be less valued.

been to iconcity last month. 2 or 3 shops ald started their business there. some still under renovation. estimate by sept or oct shall have more shop start operating their business d. the surrounding resident development value sure will appreciated due to this commercial centre. What really concern me is the traffic. sure will be damn heavy jam due to all high rise concentrated to be develop at that area.

the developer only give side by side car park to new buyer, the old buyer (early buyer),they give front and back car park, even thought they promised side by side car park when booking.

I am one of the early buyer. I have signed the booking on Oct 15. It was then obtain the APDL on Sep16 and I have signed the SnP on October16, and the developer still not yet took it for stamping until today. Which means the total delay is now 15 months. I have called up to the developer, and they said stamping can only be done on early Feb17. I have also confirmed that my parking is side by side.
Have any buyer here signed the SnP? And any issue you guys facing?

Because now I am considering their Casa Residence project so I am also comparing with Abel Residence.
Casa Residence is offering around RM 380/sqf and on top of RM20k, they will make it fully furnished for you. That’s why I am curious on how much Abel is now..
Anyway, I will go take a look during CNY holiday, Is the show house available of Abel? Where is it?

Congrat!! This project is more expensive so I chose the its another project, Casa Residence.
RM 361/sqf with free cabinet after 10% rebate..Lesser pressure..
Anyway, I thought location wise the Exo Residence should be better and marvelous,right? Haha..Now only left with big unit above 2000sqf…OMG…
The shop lots in front of Exo Residence is asking for RM4 million++, since when BM shop lots are so crazy now….The opposite ones don’t even want to sell…
