This was info from the development office when i went for booking. It is claimed that unit 1,2,3 (or 6,7,8 in the brochure), top few floors that can have abit of seaview. I didn’t go analyze that further because all units 1,2,3 for all floors are sold out anyway

Developer will sign the best worker & provide best million ringgit material on this project. Glass panel with triple layer & tinted protection & smooth coating skin /best facility etc. It wouldn’t be as cheap as Twin star.

Nowadays car park allocation done when project launch. Which means when u choose a unit, your car park at which level already known.
The more expensive units will be allocated to lower level car park, and reverse to those cheaper units.
It is more practical for those purchasers who are more concern on car park level to choose car park first before choose the unit.

Ya.. i research before i buy. I basically think this condo is 90% perfect already. The one and only disadvantage is developer refuse to do speed ramp. Like some condo, can directly reach 5th floor carpark through speed ramp. Other than this, the price and the things we get, totally worth it. Consider between reasonable –> cheap.
