    For those who even consider this project, please rethink…better off you invest in Zen/QuayWest which is located at prime location and guaranteed value appreciation. The infrastructure is very poor at Paya Terubong and Majestic Heights are full of foreign workers

    You couldn’t compare this project with affordable house.
    Affordable house with different quality as different price paid.
    This is condominium with price tag 600k in this location. It definitely come out with something. ECO Terrace also doing very well.

    If this project build in Straits quay/Queensbay/The light definitely will be million. Now it’s in Paya Terubong.. obviously the market are targeting to Farlim Air itam people who wish to upgrade their living environment and space. It’s a great project.

    Bad reputed and dead location. RM59k also need consider very hard. That area apartment from 25 years ago bought at 70k. Today is selling at 100k net. Total of 30k appreciation after 20 years. Good luck to interested buyers.

    Adjacent to Majestic Height LOLLLLLLLLLLLLL !!! Same developer as The Stone, really good luck to the buyers. Need extremely huge amount of luck. At least gathered by 15 generations. That amount of luck is needed to buy this project.

    And there’s only one road (?) turning in to Majestic Height and The Stone and this is already very congested during rush hours

    Eco Terrace is slightly different because it has a short distance away from Majestic Height. No disrespect to Majestic Height but if you are thinking to invest in few hundred thousands for a property near Majestic Height, just walk in to Majestic Height and take a look (no security)

    Anyway no news for this project since 2018, think it’s dead anyway

    Material or quality also different.

    It’s look like a quality condo as balcony build in glass panel/ huge window frame & high ceiling.
    We couldn’t compare it with The Stone.

    Don’t trust everything shown in the photo. Anything could change with this developer. Material can just suddenly change to totally different thing. Then they will say that the economy is bad. Can’t be helped. Better ask The Stone owners before you make impulsive decision. All I can say is, feel free to buy, don’t get your hopes high. Good Luck and Have Fun.

    New house 1200sqf size in this area can get RM590k consider reasonable with inflation world now. If similar size 1200sqf in The light or Queensbay definitely will be 1M+. Recently even saw some post of 1200sqf house selling at rm1.5M. Why not this area can appreciate up to RM850k since it’s low density too. I’m still think that this is considerable if DEVELOPER provide good quality here.

    What happen to The Stone? I thought is a very nice affordable house? Got guard house & grand lobby. 1000sqf with 2 to 3 carparks. 2×2 tiles and balcony. Gym and big swimming pool.
    Where to get this? Even All season park offer 1 carpark each unit. Here got 2 to 3 carparks..

    I believe this is a great project. Once done completion, price will hike to 900k+. Inflation is driving us crazily. No surprise with this price tag.

    Stone is the newly latest development condo in this area. The environment is nice & great. Unit comes with 2carparks.
    It’s a very peaceful place to stay & not that noisy like Farlim

    I can only say it’s quite naive to believe in Google Review nowadays. See it with your own eyes. Or if you’re lucky, you got friend who bought there. Ask for honest feedback. Enjoy at least 2 hours of distress real talk.

    No problem with the house. Bought it 300k and overall very satisfying. Proper security guard house also. And big swimming pool. Environment quite peaceful too if compare to Gurney or even straits quay full of air noise pollution.

    Yes. We are genuine buyer for own stay. That’s why we knew the condition. Here very much peaceful and far away from congested area with air/noise pollution. If you buy in The light you may get heat/air pollution/ congested traffic surrounding. If you buy Queens residence you will get low privacy condo and low class surrounding due to illegal carpark & rubbish throw everywhere. If you buy in straits quay you will get heavy traffic and air pollution.
