In mainland, if can pls consider landed to swing lo.
If condo, in the next 5 years. You will see a lot of condo/apartment/flat. That time will be plenty of supply. Look at Batu Kawan PSDC high rise plant. Estimate there will be >20 blocks of high rise in that area!

went to see the show unit last week. Quite impressive. Like the huge podium, 60,000sq ft with lots of facilities. already booked a unit
i prefer to pay G&G even need to pay maintenance fees just to have peace of mind..

went to the showroom yesterday, quite alot already booked. 947sq ft looks very spacious cos ceiling height 11ft. Like the surroundings and the big podium full of facilities. Gonna check on bank loan before i booked
me book type b 1263 sq ft. bedroom very big. like the garden and jogging track on the podium 1 and a half acre of space. my sister in singapore book 1 unit too. we like BM very convienient, lot of food choice

Went to see the showroom. I think the location is good. Bm better than Juru cos less traffic and very convenient for food and everything. Should be a good investment

Been to the showroom twice, the rebates are still there. booked a unit on the second trip. just for investment and the facilities cos me staying in kulim. will bring the kids for fun during weekend. location good and the condo sits on nearly three acres of land unlike others building on less than 1 and a half acre. a little cramp

I bought this property and got my loan approved by Jan 2016. Till today no SNP signed. Earlier said no APDL approval, now they have it, but still no SNP signed. When asked they said “some more” license pending. It’s fishy and no one in the developer or agent side knows when this will be sorted out. It takes forever to be resolved. While getting the money refund and cancellation proof is another hell and so unprofessional & slow service. based on my experience you may decide whether to go ahead with this property or not
Should go for more stable and famous developers who have atleast successfully delivered a few projects in BM..
This developer should be joint venture developer..I suppose..
Anyway, if you could get your money back then perhaps you should look into Airmas, Jayamas, Zuwen, Exopuri , Sunway, DNP and etc..They are also building condos in BM area..

they will return only 50% of deposit and even getting a reply is another drama & history. you are right, lesson learnt. better go for other strong developers and dont mind about paying extra instead of this type of problematic developers

Latest status is no status, that’s why it’s worrying many buyers because they are all like you, loan approved long time ago and no sign to ask the buyers to sign S&P..
