    yeah, good location but price should be good too..if u are affordable, lai ..lai..lai..sapu it. if your bullet not enough to sapu this, don’t worry ..try increasing your bullet while waiting for new property launch !

    Not again….. Another project coming up? My nightmare begins, man!……..dusty air, heavy vehicle noise, crazy lorry drivers……….Minden Heights is no longer a peaceful place to stay anymore, sigh!

    Just checked with the developer, direct access frm bkt gambir will be made available by them. Standard unit size ~2000sqft, RM700psf……meaning min1.4M+

    All, the developer is not a well known one.
    Not sure how will be the workmanship and their packages.
    Will they keep to their promises/ specifications? A question.

    Quality bad still ok. Not well known means this project will be abandoned due to current economic situation which is quite bad.

    No but I am a neighbor nearby. Been there long enough to witness the development surrounding. Thought of buying landed there. Luckily did not. Infestation of insects & mosquito at night. 😉
    So, highrise it is for me.

    I’ve checked with the developer before, this project has been shelved. They are concentrating on other projects at the moment.
