Dear all “carnation villa” purchasers,
I just bought a unit at carnation villa and just discovered that this project is actually not yet approve by the related authority, but the developer still sell to customers, this is “cheating case”, if i myself report is not strong enough, and i hope all of the existing purchasers for this project can gether and make a report..
another issue is – my relative bought another property (also this oriental max group), they complained about the defect/leakage of the water pipe even oc obtained 1 year before, actually still under developer responsibilities but this developer not entertain the complain..
I / We believe oriental max group is the worst developer in the market.
