Actually most of them are completed units except the “future development” area. Bagan 10 are shoplots next to the main road.
which part is the one going to be develop, any further news on the pricing?

Currently (22 – Tropicana Terrace) is being developed. (23 – Tropicana Exclusive Series) is next.
The developer is Boon Siew group. The pricing from their brochure is RM388K onwards. May be now is more expensive. If you happen to check with them, please let us know the latest price here
BSG is a slow developer. From the list of plan they have, i think this will take more than 40 years to develop everything. The place is a dead town. Only 1 thing is good… it is convenient
Agree. There are still many empty land nearby which under BSG, but nothing new projects heard from this developer beside the last Taman Bagan Tropicana with old design. Anyone have any idea for any new projects nearby, mean at Butterworth area?
Tropicana terrace is the latest project? what is the difference of tropicana exclusive series? anybody knows the price? is it guarded and gated? Thanks~~

the exclusive series is just longer with the size of 20×85,with the extra length it does not have backdoor, both ends of the house will have gate and able to park 2 cars, in total able to park 4 carks.
Price should be 550K, call them to confirm
i heard they are going to sell at 580K. The house layout is the same as the old tropicana. Just additional that you can park ur car at the back. Good thing is that u have 2 carpark. The bad is that u pay sky high price, noisy as ur house will face road front and back. BSG have never improve for mainland houses… they are only interested in island market. Go to the place and u will see….under developed
580K , BSG together with Airmas are goreng the mainland market, heard that tambun indah also goreng their Simpang Ampat project, terrace facing east is now 378K and semi D over 500K.
At these rates, it is better to buy bayu villa, price around 468K, semiD with area of 35×80, good location, near to penang bridge & good future appreciation with carrefour coming up
by the way….the house by BSG is a terrace house at rm580K…. not semi D or gated or guarded…..normal house nya

BSG will never give chance for us to make money on their project in 3-5 years time, you will only make money most probably after 5yrs. Very careful developer, try to make as much as money they can, lacking of good ideal and good concept, conservative from my observation, typical chinese man way of management, having alot of land at prime area but lacking of ideal,
Build a bit then sales after make money and wait for another opportunity! This is what I observe for their project at mainland, the way they use the land was very weird, some project the front part of the land they left empty for future development and behind of the land they build house! Some more look at the shop lot facing jalan permatang pauh, one word ‘weird’

hmm…i guess residents at tmn bagan dont really care abt it…as the location is superb…near access to foods, shops & institutions at raja uda…as long as the neighborhood maintain its peacefulness, the lack of big development is not a big deal…
If you look to the newly completed housing project near Econsave ( Chain
Ferry Road ) is better than Taman Bagan. Price also better.
Pls do not feel offended my fellow friend, I just telling something base on my observation and i think is true on BSG, there was nothing to do with the person like you that owning taman bagan property. (as my statement above there was prime land they own)
