    Same thought. Also need to prepare for higher maintenance fees if carpark elevator broke down. Not delevoper reliability once warranty period over. U can see what happened on wellesley resident, one of most expensive maintenance rate in mainland

    @Lhk

    Thanks for your information.
    Besides of the car park, how do you find the location?

    The maintainces fees 0.35 is quite expensive as well.
    Maybe this could be the cons of this property.

    600 psf is a steal for a location like this.. Does anyone know if this is the real case?

    Based on the price quoted for the 1008sq/ft unit, i’ll say the price is closer to Rm650-670 psf.

    August 2nd, 2017 at 16:20 | #25

    RM670/sq.ft. Developer has sent letter to sign S & P within 14 days……

    Still considering if wanna sign.
    CONS: Car park system and high maintenance fee.
    PROS: Location, low density and reasonable price/sq.ft (due to location).

    Good location? Seriously? It is not near to KwongHwa or Chung Ling. It is not near to Gurney/Queensbay. It is neither here nor there. I dont understand why you want to park your car at such complex system. LOL
