How is the Idaman Lavender doing? Knowing the subsale is very good price, this can be a good investment too….
where is this place, is it same location with Idaman Iris, Idaman Cempaka and using the same road?
price wise sound reasonable, and somemore low density. I think no facility except non-shaded car park….

With RM220 psf, must be without any facilities. I think the location is at the same road with Idaman Iris, the road towards Cherry Blossom Thai Food restaurant.

I go to construction site to observe, this project will be surrounded by Idaman Layender 1 (at West), Sri Abadi apartment (at North), new low cost flat (at South) and a malay dusun land (at East, not sure will be bought for development?). Also u need to pass through 2 low cost flats in order to enter this apartment.
Location wise is not really that attractive (compare to Idaman Lavender 1), and a Surau nearby (the surau next to the new low cost flat).
No public ammenities nearby, no public transport passby. So, besides the low price, I can’t think of any good reason to lock into it.
Anyone lnow when is this project open for register or launching date?
This property already been sold during the year of end 2009. So i think if ur planning to buy, theres only sub sale im afraid
I call in to ask for booking. and the officer said this only open for “member”, I do ask how to be member, and the officer reply the membership close at 1980.
