There are clearly a few good reasons Permai Garden is a good investment whether for own stay or invest. Firstly it’s landed, gated, with condo facilities especially with a huge swimming pool equivalent to about 10 villas in length, quite similar to Hard Rock Hotel pool concept. Tenby International School will open soon and definitely Permai Garden will be benefited from it.

Heard is around RM 1.488 mil for standard units but all of them are sold out. Now only waiting for BSG to open up a few more units and perhaps they will increase the price again as usual

Now they are selling the 3-storey terraced at RM 1,588,888.00 at the property fair.
but few unit left also sold during property fair
according to them upon OC obtain 2 years later the price expecting to reach 2 million
