    called up developer, left with <10 units .. price at 928k 3 storey. land area 20×70. developer will absorb S&P legal fee only… it is good deal ?

    not very safe area. And it is very hard to go home. I still prefer Sathu Terraces.

    No place is as safe as heaven. But G&G is definitely safer than non G&G. Perimeter fencing and 24 hour security. Should be safer right?

    I did not say that GnG is always safe, but safer than non GnG. And should compare on the same ground la. For example, you cannot compare GnG in JB with non GnG in Singapore. It is of different place and of different crime statistic.
