Bro need to chill for a lil bit. Im just asking question since not familiar with the area, im not complaining or anything. Just wondering the community , surrounding or food nearby there.
For the asking price, it’s a steal considering the fact that it comes with a host of facilities including swimming pool, gymnasium and badminton courts amongst others. Seriously, what can you buy for $150K on the island nowadays that offers such facilities?
Although existing nearby amenities are nothing to shout about, what you are buying into promises great future potential with the upcoming Silicon Island and excellent connectivity and convenience when the new Mutiara Line Permatang Damar Laut LRT station is operationally ready. However, one needs to be able to put up with the perpetual noise from planes landing and taking off.
