With this latest proposed development along the Tanjung Bungah Batu Ferringhi coastal road, the additional volume of traffic would create a massive traffic jam, unless the state government takes immediate plans to either widen the existing route or construct additional roads. I wonder whether the authorities took into account the density of the areas affected when they approved this project.
