3 buildings to choose from, only one is reserved for the govt waiting list. The other two are more like open market units. Floor plans you are seeing are not what you will be getting if you are aiming for the RM300k units (there’s a reason the ad/brochure states those floorplans are “upgraded”). For government’s RM300k unit, you will get only 1 cp without yard or planter area (smaller balcony). You can choose to upgrade to include yard and plater area, that will be another RM53k. If you want an extra carpark, that’s a total of RM403k. If you go for open market units, you will get yard and planter area, plus 1 extra carpark, plus the choice of different floorplan (govt can only choose Type A). Open market would be at RM458k. For maintenance fees, RM182 for 1 cp, RM193 for 2 cp.

@Meow , I am facing exactly the same issue as you. Loan already done. But when comes to signing snp, lawyer told us we need to change to Penang voter. But what to do? Already come this far, only can proceed and change to Penang voter… I would appreciate if the Ideal agent inform us beforehand…

from the view there will be facing new highway path, maybe after 4 or 8 years later, if that really happen it not a good FENG SHUI . but get ready for first come first park at road side. which most of unit come with 1cp + high dent.
facility still consider ok…have badminton court (bonus yoh).
