    I go inside the gallery, see soo grand so nice. house nice nice, all nice nice moden moden.
    But har… aiyaa… i poket no luit la… so I go side stand diam2. because I bo lui so bo huat aaaa….

    Dont pretend lah. 800k also bo lui meh?? On penang island prime area, 800k can only get small condo nia. This one got land, double or triple storey, very cheap aahhh. But of course lah, very smelly with a lot of flies.

    Expensive in my opinion, some more leasehold. But the sales girl was pretty indeed, just the same attitude that didn’t layan short-pan guy very much. Maybe they assume short-pan guy bo lui… haha

    Pig/Chicken/Duck dung smell seems to be not so much an issue after our friends visited the area at noon, and at night. But, invasion of houseflies remain a never-ending problem.
