    Nothing wow factor on the phase-2 façade :(

    Can’t they design something that WOW the public? Some iconic or signature looking tower, rather than this bored looking condo / hotel / office squarish tower again.

    Their Maritime condo tower at Karpal Singh drive was a good try though..

    Haha… IJM oredi screwed on The Light Collection 3 & 4, so many un-sold units… all big big size units and super high maintenance fee ( over rm500+ ).

    There’s no need to build a casino in Penang, Penang itself is already one big pyramid scam casino. And you already have one big casino retail outlet at Penang Times Square. *sigh*. gloomy skies above. A storm is brewing.

    I just wonder since those so-called investors of 老鼠会 are “fully” aware of the risk and thus, they must have some sort of selfish, scammer-alike mindset 同属感 right ? Someone must die for their greed too ?

    MBI is better than JJPTR, today so many buses park around SPICE.
    Maybe The Light City can be more attractive when it is linked to MBI?
