The ideal market price for the intermediate unit is RM 3.15 mil and RM 4.25mil for the corner unit.
Anything above these figures would be considered OVERPRICED.
Only build-up is mentioned. Land size should be small, that is why it is not mentioned.
How do you come out with the ideal price and what land size is deemed small ?

Premium sea fronting super-terrace, what is the price?
The price is 5 mil to 8 mil ! Not sure about the sales package yet..

It will open at a minimum of 4.6 mil for sure. If I had the means, I will still not pay so much. I consider it way overpriced for Malaysia, even if it’s sea fronting.
