After CCC, resident can request to switch off.
Very disappointed with IJM. I did not expect them to delay our VP, and until now we still have not received any message from IJM regarding the key handover.
I wonder which government authority is responsible for this condo approval. Why the review taking so long? Why has IJM not taken action on this matter? What is the reason it has dragged on for so long with the authorities?
Wondering if we can extend the kitchen out. Seems like a sizable area to extend into.

Wow.. Mezzo is appreciating up to 1.5M+ now & initially only 950k. I strongly believe that’s high demand in this area & definitely it will appreciate further to 1.7M or 1.8M later. Very happy purchaser here. Very much better than Queens waterfront & PICC or Gurney bay.

No renovated & non furnish can go up to 2M later.
This is reasonable price because at super prime location & seafronting which next to shopping mall & similar standard like the garden or pavilion KL. It’s extremely rare in Penang remember seafronting instead of Seaview.
The light water residence selling rm2k psf. So, Mezzo is possible. It’s definitely more valuable than Queens waterfront & Andaman in term of location /prestige & world class luxurious status township.
Mezzo is fully residence & tight security face regonition. Security is showing their professionalism unless Queens which everyone can go in easily with no registration needed.

Those who purchase Queens & Mezzo are in deep disasters due to no demand in subsale.
Got value but not much interested in subsale. Queens is not well maintained & security not strict & is alike affordable house management. Mezzo direct next of mall a biggest advantage also biggest disadvantage. Some unit direct facing to mall fan & AC or even mall roof top.
Muze is much better spacious & world class facilities. Great for investment & own stay.
