A recently proposed mixed development by Sunway Tunas Sdn. Bhd. in the established township of Bayan Baru. The proposed site is located on a 1.6-acre land along Persiaran Mahsuri 1/1, within the vicinity of Bandar Sunway Tunas. A suspected Covid-19 case has been reported at Universiti Heights apartment near USM yesterday. The resident is now under self-quarantine at home until the end of this month.
The management of the apartment has issued a notice to the residents informing them on the matter and called on everyone to strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP) for Covid prevention, including maintaining physical distance, wearing masks, and limiting only 4 people to take the lift at the same time.
