Adaman Island looks set to be a “billionaire spot” in future. Lately, some kind of keen enquiries from oversea about Adaman’s developments, some of them including elite Vietnam business persons, surprise ?

Millionaire/Billionaire or Trillionaire also that’s no different.
Even world super rich come invest also same. That’s few affordable house project upcoming in Andaman too. It’s not a super rich spot.
It’s a mix development. DeveloperSDeveloper is welcoming anyone to join with the build island. Some land are for government sector or affordable house instead of just super rich. The Meg also not super rich.
After the reclamation for such a long time there is nothing developed. Again, beautiful tales and painful truths ?

All, don’t mind the ranking because the only projects that matter are QuayWest and The Zen/6/9.
Trust me and all invest because they will appreciate by 300% by end of this year and another 1000% within 5 years.

I see. You said only. We didn’t mention developer is good or comparison. Just mention Zen6 is a good development in a prime location with better privacy surrounding and seaview than project surrounding like Queens/Tropicana Bay.
The project is good but developer up to your past experiences.

I’m a big fan of Asia Green but just to remind you the list is top 10 most view, and not top 10 best projects. Regardless, if they list Top 10 best project, it will be topped by Asia Green project such as Quay West, The Zen Series, Clovers etc
