The Millennia, an affordable housing project by Hunza Group in Penang State Housing Board (LPNPP) at Bukit Gedung near Bayan Lepas. It will be located on an 8.7-acre land adjacent to B.Braun manufacturing plants, just a mere minutes drive to Bayan Baru Town Centre. This will be the first affordable housing by LPNPP, with 9 more in the pipeline.
This development will offer a total of 1,260 residential units, which includes 300 low-medium cost units and 960 units of affordable housing. It will also have 60 commercial units located at the ground level. Various recreational facilities will be provided in this project, such as therapeutic garden, reflexology path, basketball court, jogging track, BBQ area, gym room and swimming pool.

Very sien with these new projects. Keep on posting got new project but forever no launch. Make you excited to go to the developer, then they say expected to launch earliest by end of the year 2022.

If you said this is much better than Quaywest then you know nothing about property. Buying a property location is everything. This affordable super high dense with hill side & next to factory & traffic jam like hell & accessibility really questionable. Go ahead & buy then lesson learned lated.
