    Looks like they are very serious about the slope stabilization works and substructure, due to hillside construction.

    What are you talking about? Building tall condo on a slope of course have to be very serious lah

    Build on slope must be serious. Or else land slide or highland tower repeated again.
    Build on reclaimed land also dangerous must be serious or else land may sink for 1M then is catastrophic..
