I bought a unit at Iconic Skies and the lift would takes about 1 minute from car park to my apartment unit (above 30th floor) without any stop.
It is about 1.5 seconds per floor. Good luck if you want to stay high floor. Furthermore, the lift is not so good compared to IJM Vertiq or The light even we are paying about 500 per sq ft last time.
It is only 10 minutes walk to two future LRT Stations – Sungai Nibong & Pesta Stations !!! But LRT still not confirm yet. If future no LRT stations property value will drop if we buy now.

I think 1 minute from car park to ur unit still acceptable.
If the layout for this project slightly bigger (1000sqft -1200sqft) will be better. Type D 850sqft feel like a little bit small for every bedrooms.
If less than 600psf then The Sun and Montage buyers will cry. Lower dense, better amnenities pool at 42nd floor and fully furnished.
It is possible only in daydreaming.
@Steve, not only the lifts, the boom gate was also very poor quality and there was no pedestrian walkway when accessing into the condo. There was also limited walkway to access into the lift lobby from the multi-storey car park. My master bedroom’s wall beside the bathroom door was about 18-20cm thick and standard 8 feet wardrobe (24 cm) will protruded the thickness of the walls, it will looks weird / ugly when you open the bathroom’s door.
If I was to consider this project again, definitely will pick the lowest floors as high floor did not give maximum privileges itself.
The layouts given were like studio units or suite concept and there will be another hotel building adjacent to this project constructed by Iconic later.
Just notice admin has quietly edit the number of storey from 49 to 42, now that makes more sense, although I think it’s still a bit too high for that area. Arte S I believe is still the tallest residential property in Penang with 49 storey
The land is small. How many floors they need to allocate for parking? Unless they want to make first residential with car lift
@Ryu Thanks for providing comment on their previous project Iconic Skies. I think will wait for their launching price then just make decision. Yup, the layout is not really practical for a family stay.

Sharing some of the information i get in the Gurney roadshow on last weekend. This project end of this year just selling, now can register only. The selling price start from rm700 per sqft. For 500sqft will start from 400k, 600 sqft start from 470k. This is service residence which means commercial title.

Would like to know details on 850 and 1200 sqft.
This project is fully furnished with move in conditions. Showroom available at their office at D’piazza mall. The pricing is around RM750psf nett after 10% rebate. On the high side.
Those interested can parking 5K cheque there and SPA will be signed only July.

I’m the owner also. This is a great place to stay as all amenities nearby. And infront mosques nearby too for prayers.
I bought one unit in Casa anggun & here one also.
The entry price is lower but good for investment.
Iconic is good for rental also as it comes with furnish.

Currently, construction finished up to level 10. There are already work-in-progress for level 11 and 12.
I think most of the investor who bought this unit is mainly aim for investment, since the unit is carry with commercial title, and that is the high demand for those professor, researcher or speaker in USM and those high pos overseas employee side visit at industrial zone, this property will be the high demand in Penang island in future.

Construction progress has reached around floor #22 / #23.
Progress doesn’t matter because the only 2 projects worth mentioning in Southern of Penang Island are The Zen and QuayWest. The rest all will depreciate in value
