Took some behind 1 foresta ….a stream is flowing pass it …they are reinforcing the wall to prevent soil leaching ….when beyond the call of duty and climb up a flight of stair at the low cost flats unit on lrg kelicap….could not see much ….1 foresta seem to be progressing very fast …now at 2nd floor already…. best view to see the progress will be meridian ….

Im gonna get the lower floor on Tower B, maybe 6th floor facing the hill. It’s about 468k at the moment. Do you think the rental at this area will be good? Im thinking of renting it out to cover the mortgage.

behind the school there is a about 15 floor apartment and behind it another condo orchard ville~ so i think depend on which floor you buy~ if i standing at the balcony facing the school…my right hand side got one foresta and meridien and left side got tower A. In front of me is what i mention early. so you can imagine how is the view gonna looks like. the best is you visit the site and feel it~ haha~

991unit plus one foresta and surrounding condo/apartment not easy to rent out. Too many unit i dont think the rental will be high but it is depend on a lot of factor such as renovation of your house, view and etc. Pls make sure you have hold power before you buy.

i heard some of the tower B owner receive notification letter to start paying interest.
Tower B construction progress at car park level, tower A still at beginning stage.

I already paid for the 2nd 10% down payment on last year Dec’16. If your loan is 90% and above so you need to start to paying interest d.

Tower B progress already at level 5 to level 7 car park, if you want to see the picture go to search for the orchard ville at mudah coz they had capture the picture of airport view so you can clearly see tower B progree. Tower A yet to start anything.
