Another proposed i-Condo affordable housing development by Ideal Property Group in Sungai Ara, Penang. Strategically located along Jalan Paya Terubong, just a stone’s throw away from Golden Triangle condominium.

The affordable development comprises a 37-storey building with 802 condominium units. It is expected to be priced not more than RM400,000.

    I can’t imagine how worse is it at this high dense area when all the housing projects have completed, really can become a new Farlim with foreign workers surrounded in future. Just around the GSD & Ideals projects in progress currently and Iconic area planned to build LMC also. Some more, Chung Hwa high school just at the junction there make the traffic more congested like Lip Sin Phor Thay high school area. It is too crowded & high population with more than 10 high rise condos & commercial shop lots situated at this small land. Terrible!!

    Sg. Ara and Relau are the worst areas in housing foreign workers.

    But this area also has high end landed property like Setia Greens. Cannot be that bad right?

    Its the developer that make full use of the empty land and built all low cost and affordable cost housing that make the area very congested.

    But it is convenience for phase 4 workers, work, and school, it is basically your everyday job. Weekend move to north for entertainment and relax.

    Setia Green is quite far already, it was located at other side near to Sg Ara terrace house
    Start from Golden Triangle until Chung Hwa school is the worst and crowded area with many condos, low cost, affordable, commercial shops and 2 schools located such like Lavendar Indaman, One Imperial, Imperial Residence, Garden, Sierra, Skycube, Iconic Skies etc. Sangat laujuok!!!

    Surrounding terraces garden are setia pearl island and ideal one residence.
    Very near to airport too,

    Beware of this Developer projects!! All renovation works in their projects/properties compulsory to hire their “APPOINTED CONTRACTOR” to do the job!! Or else the unit owner will be disturbing by “SOMEBODY” and the belongings will be sabotage!! Unless you pay the “Compensation” to the “APPOINTED CONTRACTOR” in term of loss profit for you unit!!! I am just telling the truth as 1 of my relative already having this problems!! No point for you to complain either to Developer/Police/DAP!!! This is part of their culture and has been practise for many years!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU GUYS!!!
