    Do not buy any Ideal properties. They appointed building management (Pasifik Upaya) is totally SUCKS! Totally no management skill at all! All complaints they just make don’t know! When complaint to developer Modular Platinum they just drag it till office moved also never solve! All renovation was appointed by they samseng/gangster contractor with sky high price!! No outside contractor are allow unless you pay the “Rubbish Fee” which cost you easily RM6000 – RM12000 buta!!! Think twice until you are overloaded!!
