    I saw quite many of unit & bangla/foreigner rented in our condo.
    Can someone please confirm & confirm on unit.
    We bought condo for privacy instead like low cost house.
    It’s getting out of control.

    This is not discrimination. If you’re not owner then you definitely know nothing. We want to protect owners right & protect control our property.
    Imagine if your units same floor all rented out to Bangla & did you feel happy & no problem on that? And if all standing at outside & looking at you when come back home?
    We hope rented with proper tenant profile instead of bulk rented by a contractor company which going to turn our condo floor into their mini hostel.

    What you expect in Relau Area ? Rent for USA, Germany or Japense tenant ? As long you don’t get nigerian neighbour you should be thankful already. What wrong with Bangla/indo ? They are far better than niggger with giganitic long stick to haunt you every night…. lolz

    I believe owner intention is to ensure no bulk rented by a company for foreigners. That’s all. This should bring up in JMC for discussion but it’s up to owners cooperation. It’s difficult to control since many owners are desperate in selling & renting in low price. I believed is not related to location but is depending on owners profile & housing price catergory. It will happen to Zen6/Zen9 also later if many of them mention is a best development. I will say Zen6/9 is the worst development in fair location.

    House bought by them by cash. They didn’t borrow your money to buy this house. Rent to who, none of your business. By law, by logic & by humanity owes you no explanation. If you can’t accept this, then go buy a land and buy your own house. Nonsense complains. Can’t afford land house, buy a condo and expect to live like a king. Make people look down on you.

    This is strata title living & we have law to deal with this scenario. Cash is not king. And also the person look down on people showed their own cheap characters & behavior. That’s no discrimination in this case but to protect owners right. If majority owners are okay with bulk rented for company then no problem go ahead. Welcome to Imperial Bangla Chapalang Condo. However, if majority owners disagreed on this matter & got concern then we will bring this up in JMB later & we will search for lawyer advice & take neccesary action later against owners. We can file it as a case & handle it. You’re in a strata title living. You can rent to anyone. But if against the rules & spoiled harmony environment of community then get prepare to receive letter. We talk law by case. Not case or discrimination. We hope to maintain peaceful & value of condo for all owners. Perhaps those owner will be invited.
