About GEM Residences
GEM Residences, a commercial development by Belleview Group at Prai, Penang. It is part of the company’s 6 hectares mixed development along Jalan Baru, diagonally opposite Megamall Penang. Next to it will be the upcoming largest mall in the northern region – GEM Mall, the tenant mix include SOGO (first and largest departmental store in the northen region at 212,000 sq.ft.) and a supermarket (largest at 50,000 sq.ft.).

By they keep on talking largest northern region mall for Belleview, Sunway Carnival expansion almost complete, mall already opened and in operation.
Believed 2 years later on, the construction site still the same.
Actually Belleview’s malls design is pretty good: 1st avenue and 4 seasons park, but their mall management is poor. Small mall 1st avenue also sold to Ideal already, can manage largest mall in the region kah?

Believe it or not. Pavilion will come to Penang Island later. It’s in progress of discussion.
Nobody will go & care how big of GEM residence mall it is.
It’s matter of how to get it well manage.
Pavillion buy land where ? Mak Madin or Kepala Batas ?
