Yes, I have received the call from GIC property agent say that the developer going to increase price or cancel the booking. I booking the unit on Dec 2020 and bank already approved. I request them to give the official letter for the status.
Clearly wasting time. Developer going to increase price further after booking & unprofessional.
Generally due to material cost increased.

GIC kept asking me to sign booking cancel form, without any official letter about this.
Seems like they are just pushing buyers to voluntarily cancel the booking.
The booking cancel form also didn’t have any headings from GIC nor Developer.

I believe that the project is still available. You may approach to GIC sales agent for further enquiries. What I know from GIC sales agent was Goodwood will be launching on this coming Feb’22.
looking at the price it seems to be a good buy? is there any other project nearby that area that is more affordable than this?

It’s important to choose a good brand reputation of developer. Maybe u can do some comparison with Goodwood Residence between nearby other project such as”The Amarene” summerskye , or solaria square.
Heard got a project near airport 1100sqft RM500k only, quite good buy. My brother just booked a unit. and quite low dense as well I think only about 400 units, and hear the agent say got free 6 months instalment

Wow.. Cheap and big. Now all developer delay their launching &called for price increasing. Now you mention 1100sqf 500k only & low density & somemore still selling. Walao eh…. Hor Sei liao.. Ideal 1100sqf new project selling 670k to 720k same location then die die liau la. The Amarene past 4 years ago 2017 selling 580k+ starting.. This house selling 500k nia. Walao..really goodwood. Hopefully someone can share good info kangtao here..

For those for love the airport view better choose high high floor. If not you will regret in future if their project go according to their plan.

What you pay are what you get. Nothing is free now.
Including all free installment 6 months. If a real investor, freebie is nothing if project is really good.

Why you all never buy The Zen? The Zen is the best in southern region of Penang. Another new All season park with seaview cheap & big. Buy teluk kumbar for what? Another forest area with mat rempit. Go buy The Zen or Zen6 very high class development by reputable developer.. Go anywhere also easy.

All season park is one of the most successful development of commercial in Farlim. All season park is not cheap as price already appreciated. Nobody can deny that except those haters. If you look at others commercial development that’s even worst. And the zen going to have a same concept of development where major crowd going to bring a major business activities here which boost up entire development value.

As i mentioned to you that’s no suck property. Each of property got it’s pro & cons and value of property will reflect based on demand vs supply. If your 1Million seaview condo poorly manage & full of airbnb & flipper then 1M will turn into 800k.
However if 300k is high demand in market then 300k also can turn in 500k.Thats how market works.Thats no such thing of oandai pandai & suck or perli. Some of house 200k also appreciate to 450k. No surprise. Every property will have it’s own demand. If you say you’re high class that’s up to you as all comment with bad word shown your own class.

You have very valid points. Bravo! If more house buyers understand this very fundamental yet important concept, then you would not have as many suckers who got conned into buying “luxury” properties that afterall are not luxury at all, and the “luxury” taglines used by these developers in their brochures selling sub-standard luxury really make you laugh until stomach pain!
is it all s&p need to be signed using soft copy (e-s&p)? our s&p keep delayed and no updates from lawyer firm and developer for few months already. Anyone also facing the same issue?

Inflation too high as material cost all increase.
This year launching will be very very less.
Some developer also don’t want to launch even that’s 30% offer from current price. Mid price range condo may launch close to rm700psf soon. Nothing is cheap now get prepare.
Developer may suffer lost if inflation continued.
