A proposed mixed development by Aspen Park Hills Sdn. Bhd. at Paya Terubong. Located on a 29-acre freehold land along Jalan Bukit Kukus, which was acquired from Geo Valley Sdn. Bhd. in mid of 2019. It is only a mere minutes drive from Air Itam.

This development will see the construction of several residential towers with communal facilities, serviced apartment towers and lifestyle retail facilities in multiple phases. The initial phases of the development will include the construction of Jalan Bukit Kukus paired road, and 4 residential towers:

PHASE 1

  • Block A: 41-storey condominium (464 units)
  • Block B: 47-storey luxury condominium (388 units)

PHAsE 2

  • Block C 47-storey luxury condominium (388 units)
  • Block D 47-storey luxury condominium (388 units)

The project is still pending for approval. More details will be available upon official launch.
