Orange Regency, an ongoing condominium development by Tah Wah Group in Butterworth, Penang. Strategically located along Jalan Ong Yi How, just a short drive away from SMJK (C) Chung Ling.

    To all Orange Regency buyer, pls read OV1 forum to understand the Severe Quality problem for OV1. I am showing you all how to file complain to Tribunal Pembeli Rumah !!
    OV1 have defect that cannot be fixed after 10 attempt by developer !!!
    Last resource is to get back your final 5% stack holder fund.

    Well, my friend is a OV2 buyer and he compared the quality from OV1, it is totally different. Looks like Tah Wah is getting improvement.

    Wow, great location. But the traffic would be crowded during evening while chung ling and bagan jaya just located nearby.

    420k for 1400++ sft condo in Ong Yi How? Could it be so cheap? I heard the price are much higher probably 440k onwards but only a few units left. I noticed this project quite awhile, location is excellent. Restaurant and Cafe, schools, 7 eleven & etc. just in walking distance.

    I registered a unit there mainly because of the location.Developer still yet to get approval from federal government but the floor plan approved. I heard newa from other project as well stated that federal gov are delaying project in Penang due to we are an opposition state. This is shame.

    It is so strange that your fren could know the quality of OV2 is better than OV1? OV2 has yet to get OC, how to know???? Bad…..

    His is Tah Wah agent laaa …… Pls go and see your self. OV2 external wall also suffer severe crack already. As bad as OV1. I doubt this Tah Wah know how to build house and QA bad. If they cannot fix OV1/OV2 defect problem, why you all still want to buy from them leh? Later you all use RM420K bought a cracked house. High rise and cannot fix also.

    You can see from out side the fence wall on OV2. A lot of crack even OC havent get. And the OV1 enterance wall also crack like hell …. repaired also look so ugly.

    Now there are so many condo projects in mainland to choose from.
    No need to rush and chances are you will find one with better value and quality.

    Many tribunal case have been file toward this developer. If you want to be one of them, pls paste your booking. The main problem is, even their director know the severe problem, they still do not really put effort to fix the problem. On one hand deal with quality problem, the other hand deal with new project launching. We all should tight this two together, see how that can sell their house.

    This project had been delay 1year plus.
    Developer still not yet get APDL.
    All buyer has paid RM 10k for deposit.
    Any update news of this project?
    Will this developer reliable?

    Still have a few units. Probably next week will sign the S&P. APDL problem-looks has settled.
    Call the office to find more details.

    APDL has been delayed for 2 years + but just settled last month.
    Already sign SPA, ground work started.
    Excellent location but got traffic concern during peak hour.
    Large built-up area with low density, i doubt we can find that in any new project.
    The price is around RM303/sq.ft the moment i book.
    Heard a lot of complaint regarding the building crack on OV1 & 2, hopefully that won’t happen on OR that build on solid ground.
    Well lets wait and see the feedback from Orange 3 condo at Bagan Ajam that recently completed.

    My aunt bought Orange 3 condo near pantai bersih.
    Her comment: unsatisfied! severe crack and bad quality material used :(

    Actually Im interested in this project too. Strategic location, low density and affordable price. But heard of too many negative feedback from the buyers, Im really worry that pay few hundred K to buy a lousy house and at the end I still need to pay another few K to fix the problems.

    The Steam/Sauna room and BBQ area had been taken out from the project but still showing in their advertisement. Very very bad reputation by cheating their buyer.
