    Another good new to Ideal property owner….it happen to OR, IR, 1 Sky and so…is a so call cost saving project to them and said is design not their problem… Problem statement: When top floor walk way electric power trip it will bring to chain effect 1) all lift of that block will be Black OUT (got lift but you can’t use) 2) All access card door of that building will break down NO POWER you can’t scan in or scan out. 3) All facility will not able to use on that block. THEY not seeing this is a defect rather then they COST SAVING as given a non friendly environment to owner. END UP, you owner of Ideal DREAM HOME, need to gather money to make this repair.

    Average price rm530-550K but still got people pay rm630k over market price. maybe listen to agent and never do own survey
