Auto Prai City, another upcoming landmark next to Juru interchange. This is a mixed development project located along Jalan Kebun Nenas, adjacent to Bayu Mutiara and Icon City. There will be a 5-star international hotel, 4 & 6-storey shop houses, a 38-storey SOHO tower and a 30-storey residential condominium.

There are also 22 units of 2-storey semi-detached shop houses to be opened for lease only.

    From Auto City to OCBC is too congested now. They should expand to 4 lane to cater the traffic.

    Each unit is 550sf at RM220,000 (400psf).

    I have paid RM5,000 booking fee which is refundable.

    BTW, this project is not launched yet.

    Through my business connections, I was allowed to do the priority booking.

    So, just hold your horses! If you call the office on Monday, you will be put on the waiting list.

    COnfirmed, the project only open for registration. Not much detailed information yet. This page is for serious buyer and investor. Those not serious please stay away.

    I acho velstand statement. I’ve visited the sale office in BM, Only registration without much detail. The developer is currently doing a project ‘Berjaya Condo’.
