    guys fyi, we cannot install streamyx or transfer because our taman don’t have tm net streamyx cable, now we got no choice but to install UNIFI,astro need cancel……orelse if you got money can install both astro and unifi

    Those who live in BM Permai, can give some comments whether there are many thief cases there? What do you think about the living condition? 2 days ago i saw 1 guard in the guard house.

    The security is good. He know everyone live here. There is also Ronda every hour by the Rela. FYI the Bangalow house had increased $100k.

    A little water leakage (from roof i guess) observed in master bedroom, but has been fixed now. Continue monitoring… The edge of the stair case is very sharp, leg pain when steppign on it, plan to make it round…kitchen top no hole to allocate the cooker hob, not sure if there is any service to dig a hole for the cooker hob.. :(

    Visited the phase 2 super semi D, and also show house, but cannot enter show house on Sunday, may be Saturday i go to check and see. Internal space is very big but kitchen is small, stair handler still the same no special. Door still old style. I am guessing the price to be 800k above once launch (don know when).

How do u expect ur char koay teow to be 3.50 and your house still still at 100k. That was yesteryears dy la uncle aunty mindset..

    visited the bm permai last weekend, found that lots of units already occupied and quite a number still renovating….good to see that… :) I would like to hv some input from the residents, any sign of flood near the area since non stop raining? how is the environment? quiet? mosquitos?

    BM Permai has no flood. The land level is high a d you cam feel the wind. The condo or apartment already sold out! The waiting list is few pages long :-(.

    BM Permai is not gated area. There is the guard house in the entrance but no one is there most of the time.

    I went there not less than 5 times and i can straight entered into the area. And i pass the main road 3 or 4 times every day, mostly i see the guard either sleep or no body was there (may be he is doing the patrol as u said?).

    The guard is funded by the developer initially. The entrance is closed from 12am till early morning. The guard will ensure you are residence before open the gate. In the day time, the guard does not stop anyone to enter. There is a guard doing petrol every hour in day time.

    Are you one of the resident here? Understand this Taman does not offer Streamyx, but only Unifi, if you are owner/resident here, do you know how the Unifi fibre cable is being routed into your house? Go in from front? Back? Side? Roof? I do not want my house to look ugly with those visible cable at the wall after moving in. Need to ask electrical guy to prepare conceal the cable pipe at first. I do not want to register Unifi so soon as the bill will start running by then, because i do not plan to move in so soon.

    It depends. Terrace is behind but semi d and bungalow is in front. The one route thru front have underground piping go into you house.

Just chit chat with Malay villager there, they are going to sign contract by state government to move out with great payment, total amount not convenient to mention here, road widening plan in front is almost solid now, 2 lanes per direction. Don’t ask me any evidence, news from local villager there. House price there is going to boom.

    Riang, yes the road widening is confirm… I also think the WHH sale office will move to the land beside. They are clearing the land now. I also see some improvement in the landscaping. So far, the house in that area is selling well.

    Additional construction at the back is super terrace 2 sty,
    Additional construction beside is mixture of 3 sty terrace or semi-D,
    All under WHH.

    No details yet about super terrace. According to the sales rep, could be 3 storey. I guess something like Airmas Taman Zamrud?

    Visited their built and sell semi-d.

    The bigger type 28×48 looked ok but facing WE. Face NS is over 900k due to much larger land size.

    The smaller type 26×45. Price 718, facing NS. But less 2 feet width take out the wow effect.

    Super terrace is 100ft long in land size, it is true. I cannot confirm the width of the land, but it is at least 22ft (or above) as i understand.

    For terrace house with 100ft long land, if the BU is like 60-70ft, it’s too long where centre of the house may face brightness and ventilation issue. So, really curious on the BU and how they will layout, design it.

    do not buy this area, almost every house even broke in by thief and very dangerous & not safe.
    the guard do nothing in this residence, as when we voice out this issue to the WHH, the girl only reply us that the guard house only for ‘cheating purpose’, mean just to act have a security there, the security won’t help in secure the area and the guard will be move out soon

    Value for money… The best in term of land area versus selling price in BM area… Landscaping is not nice but house design is good. There are new phases terrace and semi d. After this, there will be loft 28 apartments. You will find the price for the apartment later is similar to the landed properties now. Why don’t buy now.

    1st phase supr semi D is sold out. You may consider 2nd phase or 1st phase Bangalow. 3rd phase is not nice. Very small built up.

    Just want to correct my statement above that the 100ft long terrace house (considered as phase 4 BM Permai) only come with 20ft of width, with mini garden at the middle, 4 bedrooms at upper floor. Location to be facing N-S. Price unknown.

    any electrical/telecom engineers out there ? I think staying directly underneath a telco tower is safe because the wavelength does not go there
    Staying directly facing the tower is the worst as you will get full impact
    is there a calculation to estimate the “no signal zone” under the tower ?

    better don buy as too many ppl buying will push on house pricing went up.

    somemore cable not underground, got thief break in, congested area and telco tower which impacted health.

    Not die also suffer for long period once got brain cancer. :-)

    Do you know what are you talking about?
    I only know that, as one Taman has many people bought, obviously this means the Taman has the value for living and the price sure will going up.

    2. Who can guarantee any taman will has no burglary case happened one? I just want to let you know, even gated & guarded housing also got break in LoL (Don ask me got meh? Pls go ask police)

    News update, recently this taman safety manner has been upgraded with guarded & CCTV facilities. It’s no guarantee but already minimize the burglary incident and atleast better than other taman which’s no such security facilities.

    3. Telco tower will impacted health? You say lo how serious is that? People who long staying under hypertension tower one (S.Jaya & Jalan Baru there many, you kaki go see ya) also no say will die, where comes brain cancer?
    Somemore, the telco tower can’t be removed? I only know the Telco Tower can but nor the Hypertension Tower!!
